理由を問わず、キャンセル料は頂戴いたしません。

当日が悪天候の場合、どうしたらいいの？
当日の朝、悪天候が続くとカメラマンが判断した場合には、メールまたはLINEでご連絡いたします。
撮影を開始するまで、 キャンセル料は完全に無料。
日程変更の場合にも、 変更料は発生いたしません。
（日程が変更できるかは、当日の空き状況によります）
ヘアメイク前日キャンセルは50%チャージ
やむおえない天候を除き、お客様のご都合により前日/当日のキャンセルor日程の変更となる場合には、
ヘアメイク代金の50%のみ頂戴いたします。
撮影予備日の確保
なるべく沢山の方に撮影の機会をお受けいただきたいので、ご予約時に2つ以上の日程を抑えることはご遠慮いただいております
当日、撮影中に急な雨
撮影していて、急な雨に振られてしまった場合。
まずは木陰や屋内に移動し、雨が上がるのを待ちます。長雨になることは少ないので、数十分したら雨が上がることがほとんど。
それでも、天気が回復せず続行が不可となった場合には、その時点での撮れ高に応じたご返金額をカメラマンからご案内をいたします
弊社から催行不可とお伝えする場合
台風や強風の場合には、安全上の判断により、ボート移動を含むプランのご利用は不可となることをご了承ください。
日程変更・プラン変更など代替案を、その場で直接ご案内いたします。
